1. Matthew Day Jackson has created a limited edition slip case for the book which depicts a three dimensional scorched earth surface of the Brooklyn neighbourhood where the house was located. 25 Editions are produced.
2. The book cover is mounted on the wall to hang like a painting.
3. The tab functions as a place marker mounted as a part of the binding and is a way to easily remove the book from the cover.
